Redditch Golf Club is a friendly and welcoming private golf club run entirely for the benefit of its members. Membership is inclusive and spans all ages and levels of ability. The club’s aim is to maintain a modern and progressive approach whilst acknowledging the traditions of the past.
We do operate a dress code policy and insist on standards of etiquette both on and off the course. However, we do have a fairly relaxed approach in our newly renovated clubhouse where we offer great food from our in-house chefs and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Easily accessible from the Midlands motorway network, visitors, businesses and societies are always very welcome. The course itself is a Frank Pennink design, part parkland, part tree-lined, and a challenging test of golf with outstanding greens which were re-laid to PGA championship standards in 1996.
Redditch Golf Club was originally founded in 1913 at the The Soudan, a parkland area in Plymouth Road, Redditch Town Centre. The club celebrated its centenary year in 2013 at our Callow Hill location with special guest Peter Allis, the famous TV golf commentator, a memorable evening!
In 2022, Redditch Golf Club is set to celebrate another significant milestone, its half-century, the year it moved from The Soudan to its current Callow Hill location 50 years ago.
